Mannington's success is reflected in its dedication to the surrounding community in Salem, New Jersey, that many of the Campbell Family still call home.

Over the years, Mannington has given back to our communities in several meaningful ways. John B. Campbell was the key founder of "Stand Up For Salem," a historical downtown Salem renovation project from which many local business and organizations benefited and grew.

Mannington was also the single largest financial supporter of a new fitness and community center in Salem, a longtime dream of Johnny Campbell, which bears his name.

We have a progressive environmental partnership with our local elementary school and have participated in and organized Habitat for Humanity projects to build homes for local families.

Each year Mannington leads highly successful United Way campaigns and Red Cross blood drives at all its sites. Not only do Mannington employees contribute to the United Way they also volunteer for Big Brother Big Sister and donate can goods for local families.

The Salem location associate-funded Stand On A Better World Scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors from Salem County high schools. The scholarship was inspired by the Stand On A Better World Awards, a global awards program that honors women who are making this world a better place.

We sponsor youth sports teams and encourage our employees to volunteer as coaches.

We help support a local arts guild and display student artists' and associates' creative works in our design area.
