Balancing your work-life demands and personal life needs can be a big challenge. Mannington recognizes that our associates have two things in common: we are all different and our needs change as we pass through different life stages. We are committed to ensuring that all associates at all levels at Mannington have access to an array of services which help balance their work and personal lives.
Fitness & Health (corporate only)
Mannington makes available to all associates, dependents and retirees an on-site fitness center. We have skilled trainers available to help associate design a program specific to their individual needs. In addition, we have company sponsored, tennis, golf, bowling, basketball and softball leagues.
Employee Assistance Program
Through this program, employees and their families can receive professional, confidential counseling and referral services at no cost when personal, family, stress and other problems of daily living occur.

We offer associates a work-life resource and referral program called LifeWorks. Employees can dial a toll free number and speak with an experienced counselor on a variety of issues ranging from providing local information on any work/family issue to assisting employees with regulatory, financial and insurance issues.
